The board of directors of the Konya Goldsmiths and Jewelers Association, chaired by President Tahir Azman, paid a visit to Meram Mayor Mr Mustafa Kavuş in his office.
Sarraflar Caddesi and the Suriçi Bazaar on the agenda
In the meeting, which lasted about 45 minutes, important issues concerning Sarraflar Caddesi and the Suriçi Bazaar were discussed. Consultations were held on arrangements in keeping with the historic fabric of the area, projects for tradespeople and joint efforts to revitalise the bazaar.
Mayor Kavuş’s interest in the matter and his constructive approach were welcomed with regard to the steps to be taken in the coming period. We thank our Mayor for his close interest and hospitality.
